About

Jamie Hellewell (RCC, MEd, PhD)
Pilgrim Counselling
Our Approach
Pilgrim Counselling supports individuals in finding wisdom for the journey of life. Many of the difficulties and mental health struggles we face are deeply intertwined with our experiences as meaning-seeking creatures. Our approach draws of the insights and tools of clinical counselling, while paying special attention to questions of life meaning and purpose, spiritual and religious experience, philosophical worldview and values. We believe that understanding present difficulties from the larger view of life's journey can unlock deeper resources for resilience, healing, and transformation.
